Bijaya Dashami

Bijoya Dashami is the tenth day of the Durga Puja celebrations. It marks the end of the festivities. On Dashami, women dressed in the traditional red and white saree celebrate with ‘Sindoorkhela’. ‘Devi Baran’ is performed as women bid farewell to the Goddess. The Goddess returns to her home in Kailash.
